Energy Healing is an holistic approach to aid the return to health and wellbeing. It traces the cause of any ailment through the physical and emotional symptoms to its roots deep within our psyche.
Our natural energy flow always moves towards perfect health and wellbeing. However, when faced with trauma which we find too painful to accept, we tend to hold this unresolved energy in our aura. This creates blockages in our energy field which depletes our vitality and can lead to ill-health and suffering.
With the assistance of the hands-on skills of an Energy Healer, we can be guided into uncovering these blockages and releasing them. This enables healing on many levels including physical health, emotional wellbeing, relationships and spiritual realisation, making this a truly holistic therapy.
As part of the healing process, the healer may guide the client in a process of inner inquiry to reveal the cause or causes of their condition. This takes the healing deeper and encourages the client in creating their own health and wellbeing.
